Spontaneous fermentation and 12-day maceration. Aged for 5 months and then bottled.

All proceeds from sales of this limited-edition Celler Espolla wine are donated to charities supporting persons with intellectual disabilities. In the bottle, you will find a very young and untamed red that is very fruit-forward, especially when it comes to cherry aromas. A beautiful ruby-purple colour with a youthful rim in the glass. The nose is full of black cherry, a touch of vanilla and pepper, and blackberry jam — fruit spread on a chala toast comes to mind. The palate is medium-bodied, dominated by sour red cherry and plum. Very acidic, with young fine tannins complimentary to the warm alcohol burn.
