Garnacha Negra, Merlot varietals.
Aged in French oak for 10 months, followed by at least 15 months in bottle.
Opened up wonderfully in the glass — the wine got much smoother and silkier within minutes. Ripe cherries, plum, vanilla, and black pepper on the nose. Cinnamon, cherry and blackberry compote, licorice and a touch of violets on the palate.
