Cabernet Sauvignon (90%) and Merlot (10%) varietals.
Aged in American oak from Missouri and French oak from Allier for 24 months. The ageing process continues in the bottle for at least 36 months.

Spanish sunshine in a bottle with all the wonderful notes of a full-bodied Empordà red. Cherry plum jam, cedar and burnt sugar on the nose. Smooth, balanced, perfectly tannic red cherries, red currant, a whiff of pepper on the palate.
