Cava Stars Brut Nature Reserva

Xarel·lo (40%), Parellada (30%), Macabeu (30%) varietals.
Aged for at least 9 months in bottle before disgorging.

It is a very nice cava with herbal and citrus notes on the nose, and sourdough, lime and lemon zest on the palate. Short finish leaves you wanting, but a great buy otherwise.
