Elevated on lees and aged for 3 months in new French oak barrels.
A blend of Macabeu, Gris Grenache and Xarel·lo, this white wine is complex and full, but not too heavy, easy to pair. Soft peach, caramel, banana on the nose. Almond, pear, cheese on the palate. Soft mouthfeel.
