Aged for 40 days in French oak barrels and in bottle afterwards.

When you hear "Blanc de Noirs", you usually think Champagne, and that makes this white from DO Empordà all the more surprising. A blend of red grapes (uncharacteristic Tempranillo among them) is used to make this refreshing and lovely white wine that blushes pink thanks to Garnacha in the blend. Fresh strawberry and citrus nose, with an acidic balanced palate of melon, cut grass, and grapefruit. A unique find that pairs beautifully with... pretty much anything.
