Aged in French oak for 18 months, bottled without filtering or fining.
Just as fabulous as the 2009 vintage, the 2010 is even smoother and creamier. Black Forest cake on the nose, with cherries, whipped cream, blackberry jam, and plums. On the palate, you will note fine tannins, great balance, a forest berry cocktail with black cherries and prunes leading the way.
