An Albariño is not often seen in Empordà. This wine is a light, not overly complex rendition of the grape emblematic of Galicia. A straight shooter offering a light citrusy nose of grapefruit, high acidity and notes of grass, lemon and lime zest on the palate. Albarinyu by Can Bofí is an uncomplicated wine for light dishes and noncommittal sipping on a summer patio.
