Aged for 3 months, one part in French oak barrels and one part in stainless steel vats.

Top of the line from Celler Roig Parals, this white barrel-aged treat is made from the Garnacha grape mutation known as Garnacha Roja or Garnacha Gris. Absolutely fabulous creamy mouthfeel, with butter and peach nose, apple purée, and a hint of banana. On the palate, it is round, with delicious high acidity, pink grapefruit, apricot tart, and marmalade. Recommended by the winemaker as a great compromise for when you have red wine and white wine lovers at odds — and it definitely is a great choice for any occasion.
